There has been increased activity worldwide in the development and design of electric drives for vehicle technology. Electromobility is setting new standards – also in temperature measurement technology. Sensors for tests in the field of electric motors must have an increased dielectric strength of electrical voltages. Our HV temperature sensor line R58-HV-1K-xxx and R58-HV-4K-xxx is based on the thermocouple function according to IEC / DIN EN 60584. Due to its special design and increased dielectric strength, it is intended for temperature measurements in automotive engineering, especially in battery and supply management of electric and hybrid vehicles. The temperature sensors of the R58-HV-1K-xxx and R58-HV-4K-xxx series are classified as "measuring equipment for measuring and testing" according to IEC / DIN EN 61010-031 and are VDE-tested. The sensor cables are available in three standard lengths and in customised lengths from min. 1m to max. 15m. The HV temperature sensors are designed for operation in conjunction with all commercially available electronic measuring modules.
