- Measuring and dimension accuracy of up to +/- 10 micrometers possible.
- Maximum component length for circular parts 1.2 m (max. diameter 160 mm).
- A controllable 360 ° rotating device is available for circular parts.
- Maximum component dimension for rectangles L=560 mm, W=710 mm. H=160 mm.
- The x-ray images are available in relief representation, on request.
- Detailed x-ray images up to 1 micrometer possible.
- Maximum geometrical detail enlargement in the x-ray image up to
1400%.
